Introduction of UbiLoc

UbiLoc

The Ubiquitous Location-aware Computing (UbiLoc) research group, directed by Professor Jianga Shang of the School of Information Engineering at the China University of Geosciences and the National Engineering Research Center for Geographic Information Systems, conducts research and development in various areas within the realm of indoor localization and indoor spatial information systems. The mission of UbiLoc is to design algorithms, develop techniques, and build systems to make indoor localization and LBS applications more efficient and effective. UbiLoc members interests range from algorithms to systems, from design and experimentation to deployment and applications. Research topics with UbiLoc cover

UbiLoc has received research funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China(2012-2016), the National Key Technology R&D Program of China(2012-2015), and the National Key Research and Development Program of China(2016-2020).
